DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AGRI-NEGOSYO LOAN PROGRAM (DA ANYO)

In a groundbreaking collaboration aimed at propelling agricultural entrepreneurship to new heights, the Department of Agriculture (DA) has teamed up with the Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives Mindanao League (PFCCO ML) to introduce the innovative Agri-Negosyo Loan Program. This partnership represents a significant stride towards fostering sustainable growth and development within the agricultural sector.

What is Agri-Negosyo?

The Agri-Negosyo (ANYO) Loan Program offers loans to finance capital requirements of agri-fishery based micro and small enterprises.

ELIGIBLE LOAN BORROWERS CAN AVAIL LOANS UNDER THE PROGRAM UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 3 CYCLES ONLY.

Who are eligible?

  • Individuals/sole proprietors, partnership, corporations, and cooperatives whose owners or members are marginalized, small farmers and fisherfolk (MSFF)
  • Borrowers must be registered or enrolled in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) or the Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Info System (FFEDIS).
  • Those not registered under the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture ( RSBSAJ shall be required to enroll in the RSBSA through the DA Inclusion Protocol thru the DA Regional Field Offices or thru the MAO.

Requirements

Eligible loan applicants shall submit all documents as required by the bank and/or lending conduit.

Eligible Loan Purpose To finance income-generating activities such as production, processing, or marketing of agri-fishery products, or a combination of agri-fishery income-generating activity and non-farm micro enterprise. To finance working capital requirements of small agribusiness enterprise (temporary/permanent) and/or fixed asset acquisition (facilities/construction/acquisition, machinery/equipment/acquisition)
